He was predeceased by: his parents, Manford Williams and Flossie Williams (Dawson); his former wife Norma Jean Williams; his wife Lena Williams; and his siblings, Georgia, Helen, Betty, Leatha, Raymond, Russell and Arkie Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Baab (Michael) of Xenia and Melissa Sprouse (Michael) of Fairborn; his granddaughters, Lindsey Akers (Dana), Whitney Dearth (Matt Cook), Caitlin Martin (Nathan) and Olivia Sprouse; and his great grandchildren, Grace Akers, Riley Akers, Evan Dearth and Brody Dearth.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to Ohio Valley Hospice.
