She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Fugate and Laura "Pat" Fugate; and her husband Michael Douglas Riggsby. She is survived by: her children, Brian Shane Chafin, Samantha Jo Riggsby and Amber Lyn Riggsby; her grandchildren, Braylee Ray Bayard, Austin Douglas King, Weston Arthur King and Tristan Dion Paul King; and her siblings, Cindy Sprenkel, Priscilla Rash, Jeff Fugate, Darrell Fugate and Gary Fugate.
