She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Blevins and Dona Blevins (McKenzie); her husband Claude; and her siblings, Alma, Alka, Mary, Sola, Gracie, Lewis Jr. and Oakley.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Hale (Evelyn), Cassie Handshoe (Darrell) and Claude Jr. Hale (Terri); her grandchildren, Donnie (Maria), Angela (Kash), Kristie (Jason), Jenny and Danny; her brother Arville Blevins; and her friend Delores Gilley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family, and friends.
