It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas G. Sample of Evendale, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis F. Sample and Gladys M. Sample; and his sisters, Lois Bryant (Bob) and Emily Condon (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Carol Sample; his daughters, Lisa Brown (Tim), Cindy Swafford (Tim) and Chasity Fletcher (Bryan); his grandchildren, Elaine Montgomery (Chad), Kari Williamson, Barak Williamson, Abby Fletcher, Cane Denny and Ryan Fletcher; his great grandchildren, Lillian and Logan Montgomery; and his sister Edie Jernigen. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
