It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leah R. Trammel of Evendale, Ohio, born in Lockland, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harkes Johnson and Rebecca Patrick Johnson; and her sisters, Virginia Faye Akers (James) and Iva Mae Gillis (James). She is survived by: her husband Dr. James Thomas Trammel; and her grandchildren, Jennae Smith (Jeremy), Jon Mark Trammel (Vanessa), Misty Green (Tyler), Brett Ralston (Trishia), Lindsay Frey, Sarah White (Travis), Matt Trammel (Annie), Emily Smith (Cory), Tyler Trammel (Chelsea), Megan Northrup (Bryce) and Nathan Trammel. She is also survived by mother to her 4 children, nieces, nephews and cousins.
