It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colleen K. Chase of Evendale, Ohio, who passed away on June 8, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norma Jean and John W. Sumner; her husband Kevin A. Chase; her children, Justin Hill (Sandra), Jerade Hill (Stephanie) and Victoria Waeber (Daniel); her grandchildren, Jake, Reid, Alyssa, Chase and Andrew; and her sisters, Connie Souza (Pete) and Denise Sergent. She was also cherished by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
