He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth J. Siemer; and his brother Jack Siemer. He is survived by: his children, Dale Roland Siemer, Wayne Edward Siemer (Mary Catherine) and Amy Siemer O'Neill (Joseph Anthony); his grandchildren, Dale Tateman "Tate" Siemer, Matthew Hines Siemer, Jennifer Siemer Pingel, Jay Edward Siemer, Nathan Ehlen Siemer, Samuel Wayne Siemer, Brian Joseph O'Neill, Laura Katherine O'Neill and Ensign Paul Michael O'Neill; and his brother Eugene Siemer. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Susan G Komen Foundation or the Wounded Warrior Project.
