Ronald Shock Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2020, at the age of 79, Ronald Shock of Evansport, Ohio, born in Defiance, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Shock and Helen Shock (Beindorf); his brother Roger Shock (Jeanette); and his siblings-in-law, Clarence, Gene, John Carnahan, Delbert Hoop and Bonnie Hoop.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Shock (Carnahan); his children, Daniel Shock (Ellen) of Fayette, OH and Penny Richardson (Rob) of Edgerton, OH.; his grandchildren, Maggie McGee (Micah) of Defiance, Danielle Vaughn (Kyle) of Evansport, Bobby Richardson of Columbus, OH and Ronnie Richardson of Dayton, OH; and his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Perez (Daniel) and Joe Lantz (Cindy). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid pandemic, the family will have a private ceremony with a Memorial Service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Fresenius Kidney Care in Defiance, where he received dialysis and was loved like family, or to Evansport United Methodist Church.
