She was predeceased by: her parents, George Koch and Matilda Koch (Cox); her husband Jesse "Bud" Hanawalt; her siblings, Walter "Bud" Koch, Clarence "Sam" Koch, John Koch, Velda "Fern" Kline and Mary Goebel; and her grandson Lane Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ford (Charles) of Lake Wylie, SC, William Hanawalt (Linda) of Defiance and Kirby Hanawalt (Sandy) of Vancouver, BC; her grandchildren, Lori Wagner (Mark), Lanae Bengtson (Paul), Lanette Sutton (Keith), Shelly Mauck (Gary), Deb Magnuson (Eric), Chris Hanawalt (Tammi), Steve Hanawalt (Beth), Ryan Hanawalt (Heidi) and Erynn Phillips (Mark); her siblings, Ray Koch and Susie Powell; her sister-in-law Laveda Koch of Bryan; and her niece Sherrie Goebel of Hicksville.
The family requests that memorial contributions be given to the Evansport United Methodist Church or or donor's choice.
