He is survived by: his siblings, Julia R., Luke W. and Jake W.; his aunts and uncles, Janene Vocaire, Kris Dargai, John Dargai, John Vocaire, Anthony Vocaire, Deb Valadez (Dave), Michelle Vernorsky (James), Karen Loventhal (Gregg), Debra Babicz and Rick Babicz; his great-uncles and great-aunts, Dennis, Douglas Joherl, Christina Joherl, Jeanine Yochum, Elmer "Butch", Beverly Guiher, JoAnn, Ed Greene, Marshall Boyette, Martin Manning, Matthew, Elise Polito, Dominic, Joan Polito, Kathy Polito, Anthony Polito, Pam Seeker and John Girbino; and his cousins, Hunter, Gunnar Babicz, Ian, Morgan Dargai, Graydon, Addison Valadez, Natalie and Olivia Venorsky.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Billy to his family, to be donated to a charity to be determined.
