He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Icke Gonzalez (Michael) and Denise Icke Werner; his grandchildren, Thomas Werner (Alicia), William Werner, Robert Paradise, Melissa Paradise, Jennifer King and Kenneth King; and his great grandchildren, Franklin, Layla, Thomas and Lexi. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
