She is survived by: her child Leslie Cooke (Thomas) of Euclid; her grandchildren, Bruce Cooke (Stephani), Michael Cooke (Mehek) and Julia Cooke; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Nathan and Juliet. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
