He was predeceased by: his child Gemekia Colbert (Willie). He is survived by: his spouse Annie Boyce; his children, Gregory Boyce, Gary Boyce (Karen) and Gabrell McHargh (John); his grandchildren, Greg, Avi, Delonte, Ebonie, Sydnie, Brooklynn and Jada-Marie; and his sibling Eloise Boyce.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in memory of Tom to the Jehovah's Witnesses, 100 Watchtower Dr., Patterson, NY 12563.
