He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joanne; his children, Hallie C. Forker (late Mark) and Stephen M.; his grandchildren, Nolan, Phoebe and Gavin; and his siblings, Richard (Dorothy), Pricella, Marlene and Joseph. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Family requests donations to the Liturgical Fund at St. John of the Cross, in Rudy's memory.
