He is survived by: his daughters, Ruth, Kathy Perusek (Bob), Linda Kraska and Nicole Beck (Keith); his grandchildren, Eric, Michelle, Amanda, Hope, David, Jacob, Timothy, Cody, Ashley, Joshua and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Jack, Vivi, Luke, Michael and Dominic; and his brothers, Ed, Larry (Juanita), Dave (Pat) and Frank (Bonnie).
