She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Jr. "Tony"; and her siblings, Ann, Bill, Jim and John.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony III (Tara), Mike, Tom (late Beverly) and Amy; her grandchildren, Vicki, Jim, Kacie, Stacy and Michelle; and her siblings, Kathy, Dan, Mary, Jane and Paul. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
The family asks that instead of flowers donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and The Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland.
