She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Robert, Jr., Lora Villani, Dottie Laurinaitis (Tony), Mark (Maureen) and Carolyn Peters (John); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Michael (Jamie), Joe (Ashley), Daniel (Magali), Jason (Samantha), Jessica (Rob), Tyler, Erica (Scott), Simon (Victoria) and Nancy; her parents, Elwood P. Smith and Beatrice Temme; her siblings, Emily Hamer, Edward "Buster" Smith, Wallace Smith, Alice Kuntz, Barbara Chaney, Roger Smith, Brenda Collins, Daniel Smith and Rick Kuntz (Gerri Moyer); and her friends, Lois Tiber, Jackie Gartner, Daniel Tiber and Nancy. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
