Mary A. Knight Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2023, at the age of 84, Mary A. Knight of Euclid, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Pettigrew and Margaret Byrd; her granddaughter Cheztez Marcia Ellington; and her cousin Eva Bess. She is survived by: her daughter Veronica Montgomery; her grandchildren, Domien'que Montgomery, I'mani Ellington, Na'Lani Montgomery, Jacquez Montgomery, Jayel Ellington, DiOnna Montgomery, Ja'mari White, J'Sire Ellington, Chloe White, Diion Brown Jr., Journee White, A'Dore White and A'LeeYah (A'LaiYah Jones); her children, Tamika Croom (Steven), Keisha Edmonds, Maurice Ellington, Anthony, Michael Walker and Kwas Bibb; her goddaughter Rochelle Black; and her grandson Steven Jones. She is also survived by grandchildren cousins, family and friends.
She donated time to the children's home by doing their hair for free before school started. She donated to local charities, and faithfully worked at the school her grandchildren attended until her health prevented it.
