He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Melito and Elizabeth Melito; and his wife Katherine. He is survived by: his children, Nanci Meier, Constance Eyman (Kurt) and David; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Tony, Alissa, Cassandra Meier, Kurt C II, Katherine, Christian Eyman, Joseph, Christina, Marisa and Emma-Alexa Melito.
