She was predeceased by: her husband Matt; and her parents, Veronika Horvat and Josef Horvat. She is survived by: her daughter Irene McGarvey (Timothy); and her grandson Ethan McGarvey.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Kristina to St. John of the Cross Catholic Church.
