He was predeceased by: his son Italo Pinto; his brothers, Silvio Pinto (late Pasqualina) and Elio Pinto; his parents, Nicolangelo Pinto and Maria Pinto; and his wife Maria Pucella.
He is survived by: his daughter Rossana Cherubin (Carlos); his grandchildren, Annamaria Stankiewicz-Cherubin (Dariuz) and Alessandro Cherubin (Renee); his great grandchildren, Liliana and Valencia Cherubin; and his sister Angela Brunetti (late Giuseppe).
