He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Papcke (Scholl); his sister Marjory Branche; his children, Susan Fanta (Doug), Julia Papcke (John Russell), Anne Horvath (Mike) and Tod Fogle (Mindy); his daughter-in-law Belinda Pullins Fogle; his children, Claire, Fritz, Sadie and Tommy; his parents, Emmett Papcke and Wilma Papcke; his sister Lois Babson; his brother-in-law James Branche; and his nephew Troy Fogle.
