He is survived by: his spouse Janet Elaine Cika; his children, Jim Cika, Janie Cika Tamburrino, Jeffrey Cika (Laura) and Donald Cika (Jessy); his grandchildren, Kristen Tamburrino, Matthew Cika and Kaylani Cika; and his great grandchildren, Delayne Peters, Anthony Watkins and Adrianna Watkins.
