He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clifford and Elizabeth Dorothy Bartram. He is survived by: his children, Jack C. Bartram and Kylie E. Bartram; and his brother Andrew M. "Andy" Bartram (Joyce). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Burial will be private. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family requests that everyone in attendance please wear masks.
