She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leonelli and Lucille Leonelli; her daughter Lori Ann Toth; her great grandchild Dane Toth; and her sisters, Marie and Jackie DiFranco.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Brzozowski (Jude) and Jaime Leonelli; her grandchildren, Frank McNamara (Megan), Lorin McNamara (Michael Miles), Brendin Nourse (Sidnee Inclan), Kylee Brzozowski and Jace Leonelli; her great grandchild Emilia; and her sisters, Rose Klucarie (Frank) and Geri.
