He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oblak and Margaret Oblak; his sister Judy Magouirk (Nee Parsons); his parents-in-law, John and Christine Koss; and his sister-in-law Diane Koehler.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, John Parsons (Andrea) and William Parsons (Liesel); his grandchildren, Jack and Natalie Parsons; and his nieces and nephews, Tanis Beck, Debbie Clark, Dan Magouirk, Tom Magouirk, Kristie Vuocolo and Julie Koehler.
