She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Benedict Chlebik and Mary Chlebik; and her daughters, Dianne Surdell (John), Debra Tyler (Thomas), Christine Lantzy (Christopher) and Nancy Paulic (Paul Linc). She was also cherished by 4 daughters, 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Donations may be made in her name to St. Jude Childrens Hospital in lieu if flowers.
