She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Fortuna (Jeff) and Lori Kostreba (Steve); her grandchildren, Stephanie Kostreba, Steven Kostreba, Jennifer Fortuna and Jeffrey Fortuna; her great grandchildren, Logan and James Cashmere; and her sisters, Vera Lewis and Marilyn Malone. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
