She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Heiss and Mildred Melville Heiss; her husband Jack Barnes; her sister Georgia Dyer; and her nephew Jan Dyer.
She is survived by: her children, Courtney Barnes of Painesville, Edwin Loeb of Willoughby and Lisa Christensen (John) of Grass Valley, CA.; her grandchildren, Jordan Byers (Frank) of Chicago, Andrew Barnes of San Francisco and Chad Komniey (Nina) of San Diego; and her great grandchildren, Caden and Mirabella Komniey.
