She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Willie Mae and Luther Johnson; her grandmother Deetee; her sisters, Ruby Rickerson of San Antonio, Louise Charles and Edith Condon; her children, John Johnson (Priscilla) and Joann Patterson (John); her grandchildren, Kim, John A. (Christina), John E. (Shawndal), Jennifer (Gary) and Keisha; her great grandchildren, Robert, Brieana, Brittni, Ebony, Najatt, Kristofer (Marissa), Mardajah, Jay, Sean, Alyna, Jayda, John A., Jr., David, Jaymari, Victoria, Lucila and Mhani; her husband Joe Perkins; and her sister Helen Donaldson of California. She was also cherished by nine great- great grandchildren.
