She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Hefner and Harvey Hefner; and her children, Amy Lynn and Keith Alan. She is survived by: her siblings, Louise and Ron; her husband Jay Hollingsworth; and her children, Lisa Ann, Emma Sue Purvis and Samuel Jay.
