She is survived by: her children, Edward (late Jacqueline), Madonna Cherok (Peter) and Marilyn Hahn (Erich); her grandchildren, Ryan (Rachael), Megan, Jason, Lauren Hahn, Chad (Katelyn) and Nathan Cherok; her great grandchildren, Madison and Charlie; her husband Cyril "Cy" Zupan; and her daughter Donna.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Audrey to Providence House, West Side Catholic Center, or the Cleveland Food Bank.
