We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2022, at the age of 91, Anna J. Goluch of Euclid, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Anna Tomiak; her husband Walter Goluch; her sons, Ted A. Goluch, Richard F. Goluch and Henry B. Goluch; and her grandchildren, Kathy, Lalka (Polish), Boy Boy and Kitten Little.

Anna retired from the Cleveland Clinic Foundation as a Medical Record Clerk after 30 years of service.
