He was predeceased by: his siblings, James "Jimmy" Banks, Oscar Banks Jr., Minnie Ward and Winnie Thompkins; and his son Anthony "Tony" Banks.
He is survived by: his wife Fay Banks (Roberts); his brother Larry Banks (Judy); and his children, Enrico Banks, Jerald Banks, Christopher Lemmons, Tammy Barnett (Victor), Kimberly Banks and Nikilee Donawa (Brian) of Kansas City. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Albert's memory to: Hospice of Western Reserve or the Alzheimer's Association.
