It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adam Kozlowski of Euclid, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 4, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Kozlowski and Helen Kozlowski; his son Alan; and his sisters, Mary Kratovich (Babe) and Helen Kacperski.

He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Mark (Margy), Carl (Colleen), Adam (Deneen Kytle) and Janice (Robert Gezann); his grandchildren, Matthew John Chrysostom, Dan (Megan), Tom (Molly), Kevin, Lindsey (Joshua Potts), Camille, Mia Kozlowski, Sara Bujdos (TJ), Kerry Brown (Ray), Kimberly Cisneros, Robert Whitson and Brady Gezann; and his brother-in-law Norm Kacperski. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
