He was predeceased by: his daughter Patricia Coffey (John); his parents, Karl Kolk and Ivadelle Kolk; and his brother Karl Kolk III (Julie). He is survived by: his significant other Susan Kolk (Bibler); his daughters, Teresa "Tracy" Bowling (Chris) and Lisa Sheets (Larry); his grandchildren, Jess, Kathy, Ian, Amanda and Beck; and his siblings, Madeline Massie (Edd), Robert Kolk (Barbara) and Jean Gioffre. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
