He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Woods and Maureen Woods (Sotheran); and his brother Vincent Woods. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Woods (Williams); his daughters, Tina Avery (Dereak), Stephanie Wilson (Todd) and Jennifer Campbell (Billy Hickman); his siblings, Kay Woods, Gary Woods (Debra) and Douglas Woods (Teresa); his sister-in-law Deborah Yokum (Frank); his grandchildren, Cierra, Troy (Chelsea), Holly, Joshua, Kayla (Trey), Corey (Allison), Alyssa (Dylan) and Blaze (James); and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Ariana, Tanner, Colson, Zoey, Victoria, Aryah, Baylee, Brody, Benjamin and Shawn.
