He is survived by: his parents, Carl Sr. Bell and Janice Bell (Phillips); his wife Kelly Bell; his children, Justin Bell and Krista Miller (Brian); his stepson Brennan Scurlock; his brothers, Mark "Chris" Bell and Eric Bell (Mandy); and his pet Dakota. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
