He was predeceased by: his parents, Donley Whisman and Minnie Dalton Whisman; and his siblings, Lillian Hall, Shirley Bray, Richard Whisman, Gene Whisman, John Whisman and Frank Whisman.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Whisman; his son-in-law Howard Finkelstein of Enon; his son Mark; his daughter-in-law Kathy Whisman of Centerville; his brother Paul Whisman; and his grandchildren, Corey, Jennifer and Jacob. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers Ronald's family asks that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation in his name.
