He is survived by: his father Thomas Payne of Enon; his children, Shannon Brennan (Butch) of Platte City and Tom Payne (Stephanie) of Sidney, Nebraska; and his sister Julie Gibson (Dan) of Urbana, Ohio. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and two nephews.
