He is survived by: his wife Virginia Dulaney (Overholser); his children, Thomas Dulaney (Lisa) of Virginia Beach, VA and Tammy Dulaney of Dayton, OH; his pets, Mattie and Sassy; and his grandchildren, Alisha Dulaney of Virginia Beach, VA and Jacob Dulaney of Herndon, VA.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
