He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Burns and Oneta Burns; his wife Beatrice Burns; and his brothers, Robert Burns and Curtis Burns.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Price, Randy Burns (Aline Taylor) and Gary Burns (Anita); his sister Ruth Polen; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Burns, Tanner Burns, Anthony Burns, Zachariah Burns, Angela Burns, Lucas Price, Lacey Price and Aubrey Price. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
