He was predeceased by: his parents, Fernando Williams and Fannie Williams (Jones); his wife Sandra; his children, Noah, Jr. and Deborah Jean; his son-in-law Howard Warner; and his sisters, Rachel Combs, Verna Combs and Sandalee Isaac.
He is survived by: his daughters, Annette Warner, Tina Williams (Mark Standley) and Alice Hensley (Ryan); his grandchildren, Nathan Bennett, Kacie Hensley, Brandy Clausen and Matthew Dunseath; and his sister Lorraine Terry. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
