She is survived by: her mother Margaret Weeks; her husband Dale Koogler; her children, Joseph R. Koogler (Stephanie), Kolleen M. Mack (Christian) and Calvin P. Koogler (Kym); her grandchildren, Saphira, Triston, Dylan, Seth, Hannah, Karson, Brittany and Emily; her great grandchild Brinlee; her sister Patricia Whitaker (George); and her mother-in-law Joan C. Koogler.
