He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Ethel; his siblings, Donnabelle, Norman, Evelyn, Ellis, Kenneth "Kink", Ernest "Bud", Eldon "Cubie", Clarence Junior, Marlin, Marianna and Martha; and his nephew Leon.
He is survived by: his wife Christine (Agle); his daughter Kim Cooke-Lorenz; his son-in-law Bill Lorenz of Xenia; his sons, Craig of Springfield and Curtis; his daughter-in-law Debbie of Ironton; his grandchildren, Kelsey Lorenz (Chris Maag), Konni Lorenz (Tyler Crawford), Ashley Rose (Nathan), Michael Cooke of Jacob, Megan Bayes (Kyle), Joey Cooke (Jacy Rae), Joshua Cooke (Arianna) and Mariah Cooke; his great grandchildren, Karleigh, Jaxton Cooke, Bodie, Asa Cooke and Shane Cooke; his sisters, Carrie Johnson (Bill) and Ariel Walters (Craig Cleaveland); his friend Trevor Hiles; and also, Carolyn Spalding, Harold and Rita Willis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Central Avenue Church of Christ.
