He is survived by: his parents, John Warner and Ermelinda "Linda" Casey (Bartelemeo); his girlfriend Donna Bradley; his children, Kaitlyn Warner, Chase Carsner and Kyle Carsner (Tianna); his brother James Warner; his aunt Nancy Zirkle; his cousins, Jeffrey Zirkle (Lori), Scott Zirkle (Samantha), Justin Warner, Brandon Warner Joshua Carter and Bradley Carter; his close friend Darren Vernon; and also, Kristaluna Warner, Emma and Heather Husted.
