Kermit R. Collinsworth Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kermit R. Collinsworth of Enon, Ohio, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on December 11, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hager Collinsworth and Nancy Collinsworth (Combs); and his brothers, Clinton Shepherd, Jimmy, Freddie, Jerry and Johnny Collinsworth.
He is survived by: his wife Fran; his daughter Angela Rae Campbell (Matt) of Debary, FL; his grandchildren, Lauren Campbell and Colin Campbell; his brothers, Ervin Collinsworth (Janice) of Bradenton, FL and Mike Collinsworth (Carol) of Beavercreek, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Letuli of Monroe, OH and Freida Bolin (David) of Lakeview, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
