With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Abbit of Enon, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on October 7, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Abbitt and Madge Abbitt; his former wife Louise Abbitt; his sons, John Jr. and David; his stepdaughter Jammie; his sister Margaret Anne; and his brother-in-law Morris "Ted" Clugston.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Abbitt; his children, Cheryl Bruner (Gary) of Tipton, Karen Snider (Mike) of Enon and Robert Abbitt (Angela) of Beavercreek; his stepdaughter Holly Miller of Michigan; and his siblings, Mary Jane Linn and James Abbitt. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
