He is survived by: his friend Ruby Dell Cantrell; his children, Bill, Sam, Danny (Debbie), John (Donna), Kathy and Connie (Steve); and his brothers, Bill (Ann) of Flat Gap, KY and Mitchell (Shirl) of Volga, KY. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
