He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lee Hall and Margaret Campbell (Branham); and his wife Phyllis. He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Tuggle and Becky Eley; his grandchildren, Jamie Tuggle, Joshua Eley and Tyler Eley; his great grandchildren, Stella, Shelby, Steven, Lisa and Cora; his sisters, Linda, Alice "Birdie" and Eileen; his close friend Mildred Webb; and also Ryan.
